Withdrawal rights assertion

D.Lgs. 206/2005 has undergone substantial changes following the enactment of D. legs. 21 of February 21 2014 ( direct enactment of directive 2011/83 UE) . Precisely, it has been provided that withdrawal right could be exercised within 14 days from the reception of goods. In addition the seller will have to refund any payment received by the customer together with delivery charges within 14 days from withdrawal and reception of returned goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Delivery charges  are due by the purchaser. The parcel must contain, together with the returned article, the leaflet with the order number and the customer personal details (name and surname).

The returned parcel must have a delivery number so that it can be traced. Noizywood Wear will not be liable for parcel lost in transit. Refund will only be effected when the returned articles reach our premises.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered (in the genuine package, with no signs such as spots, smells, tears, smoke etc.)

In case the article isn’t in the conditions  as delivered and shows signs that may cause the impossibility of being sold again, the seller will exercise the right not to refund the whole sum paid by the purchaser.

The cost refunded will be in any case the price of goods without delivery charges or cash on delivery costs.

As for art. 11 law 675/96 we must inform you that your personal data will be used only for administrative reasons and communication or for the return procedure.
