In conformity with D.L.30 giugno 2003 n. 196 data will not be shown to a third part, except the possibility for Noizywood Wear to share them to any subject to whom communication is due by law and to companies with relation of control as for art. 2359cc, in compliance to what law 675/96 implies. Data are treated exclusively to accomplish the procedure related to the sale, the after sale assistance service and to the administrative and fiscal services.

Data will not be communicated or shared for any other reasons as above stated.

Supplying data is compulsory to fulfill contractual, fiscal and administrative obligations. Missing or defective communication of any compulsory information will not allow the owner to grant the congruity of dealing stated contractual agreement.

Customers may claim their rights as stated in art. 7,8,9 of D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196, addressing to the person in charge.

As regards art. 13 – law 675/96 customers must be informed that the required data are necessary for the delivery of  online ordered goods, so if the customers refuses to supply any data it will be impossible to fulfill the sale and to deliver the order. Personal data will be handled for commercial and operational purposes related to Noizywood Wear. The person responsible for  data processing is Mr Gregorio Sormano, Via Camillo Vercellone, 91  –  13817 Sordevolo (BI) as legal agent.
